ULTRA-SUPER-FINE IMPACT MILL(PIN MILL/Crusher/Pulverizer)

Super Impace Mill-Pulverizer-has 2 or 3 circles of striking pins fixed radially on a Rotor so as to engage with Stator. The raw material is fed from the central part of Rotor and Stator and is dispersed outward along with the air flow. While being dispersed outward, it is crushed inside the circles of striking pins and as the Rotation frequency increases (outer circles revolve faster than inner circles), it receives heavior impact and is pulverized into finer and finer particles. The material will then be finely pulverized by the heavy impact between the screen(or the crushing ring0 and the outer circle of this striking pains, and will be discharged with required fineness

The Super Clean Mill is a newly developed pin mill with heavy impact characteristics that satisfies the needs for a GMP in the pharmaceutical and food industries. As a pin mill, it inherits the pulverization characteristics impact type puverization, lower heating value, easy adjustment of particle size and simple maintenance of the super Mill, it has various devices suitable for GMP such as a shaft seal design, etc. To prevent cross contamination ensuring easy disassembly and cleaning. In addition to the adove, it has the following features.

• The shaft sealing section and the bearing are separated, and shaft sealing section is available air-sealed.
• The rotating shaft is available Directly connected to the drive shaft and no rubber scraps will be generated by a belt.
• The shaft bearing is provided with a grease lubricating function and is oilless.
• A rotational speed indicator provides a means of monitoring speed.
