- The product to be deaerated is spread in a thin layer it is subjected
to three levels of deaeration thereby causing entrained air and gases
to expand and burst when exposed to the vacuum. This system is designed
specifically to remove micronised air bubbles which are the most difficult
to release. The air or gases released from the product are suctioned
away by the vacuum pump.
