Mechstar's SUPER DYNA MILL /Ultra-fine Wet-Grinding & Dispersing Media Mill(Bead Mill/Agitator/Grinding Mill)

• Super Dyna Mill is perfect machine for wet grinding refinery microscopic dispersion performance which is using minute GRINDING MEDIA 0.6-1.0mm in size.

1. Conventional dispersion method could not produce minute product due to using a large size bead and GAP DISC structure of product discharge hole furnished.
2. Comparing with the capacity of machine, production quantity per hour is not increased in a large scale for it is difficult to maintain correctly and precisely the GAP between rotating DISC and fixed DISC, under the circumstance of enlarging the GAP DISC in order to increase production quantity, as production quanity per hour is increasing depend on the size of a GAP DISC which is the apparatus of product discharge hole furnished, quality of product and dispersion efficiency is debasing along with largely debasing the efficiency of cooling because it is difficult to adjust high thermo occuring in the VESSEL during the processing of dispersion due to large diameter of GRINDING VESSEL.
3. In case of adapting Slot-Tube, it is obtainable not only production increase in quantity but also microscopic dispersion efficiency.
4. GAP DISC style product discharge apparatus is not fitting for ultra-fine dispersion work for it is required of narrowing DISC GAP into 0.1mm if using minute MEDIA and in case of adjusting GAP into 0.1mm, the product cannot be discharged and impossible to produce causing the pressure in the VESSEL to rise.
5. Though Slot-Tube mode seems to difficult to discharge product by blocking the GAP, TUBE or SCREEN, SELF CLEANING is well performed with hydrodynamic circulation of MEDIA by strong agitating.
6. It is obtainable microscopic wet grinding refinery dispersion efficiency by using small minute MEDIA, 0.6-1.0mm in size without causing any problems.
7. Even high Viscosity adhesive product, Viscosity 15,000CP, quantity of production will be increased and also able to satisfy you to improve product in fineness and in minuteness.
8. Adapting double acting MECHANICAL SEAL, SHAFT SEALING is able to prevent product from leakage at the best.
