Designs
- This plant is supplied complete.
Only the compressed air and power supply systems need to be provided
on site. all contact surfaces. with the product, are constructed
with staninless materials.
* The following alternatives
are available:
- Any hardness of products can
pulverized in the fluidized bed opposed jet mill 100DSM with a
minimum of wear and contamination. The very quiet operation of
this machine gives an additional advantage.
- The noise level is below 85db.
In common with the production scale machines, the 100DSM gives
an energy saving of 30~40%, compared to any other jet mill
- Front cover fig. shows the compact
laboratory plant in explosion pressure shock resistant design
up to 10 bar(overpressure), suitable for batch-wise operation.
- The standard plant is available
for batch-wise operation or continuous operation. a product quantity
of approx. 1 litre is sufficient.
