Mechstar's DISSOLVER/High-speed Agitator and Disperser

• This machine can be used in the wide range of industrial field. Especially, Liquidity Product's Dispersing, Dissolving, Mixing, shearing, etc.
• This new ultra fine dissolver is especially designed for use in requiring highest dispersing, and shearing products.
• A high speed r.p.m should be increasing the greatest effect of dispersing, dissolving and shearing.
• The state of the art of speed control system, by the inverter, can control freely range of 0~1800r.p.m. and then operator, easily, select of the suitable r.p.m. for the each product's need and that could be great improve in high value of quality and increase the productivity.
• Stepless variator inverter allows setting the most adequate speed between 0~1800r.p.m. without stopping the machine.
• This machine is especially designed for use in small and larger production plant. It is an essential equipment for the dispersing, mixing, stirring, dissolving, shearing, homogenizing, etc. Of a wide range of pasty products, such as : Gravure Ink, Printing Inks, Paints, Lacquers, Varnishes, Glues, Adhesives, Plastisols, Cosmetics.
• Dispersing shaft hard chrome surface coated and the shaft is fitted with a special stainless steel "SAW TOOTH" type impeller 100m/m~450m/m in diameter for dispersing. Flowable Powder, Flowable chemical product, Wet color paint, Lacquers, Pigment, Gravure ink, Varnishes, Print ink, Glues, Adhesives, Plastisols, Cosmetics, Plastic pastes, etc.
